Weekly Payments

Tax Depreciation Schedules

Ensuring you receive the most from your investment property and the maximum your tax return, we use and recommend local and experienced Quantity Surveyors. Depreciation is one of the most missed and under claimed deductions that up to 80% of property investors fail to take advantage of each year. Tax Depreciation Schedules allow you to claim depreciation on plant and equipment assets within the building structure not just what you spend on the property.
