With over 10 years of extensive property management experience I have been a part of the many changes our industry has seen through legislative reforms, technology innovations and rental market fluctuations, however one thing has always remained the same… treating tenants with respect and providing a personalized detailed approach to our valued customers and clients striving to make the renting & investing experience a positive one for everyone.

Having the view that Property Management is mostly about working with people rather than just houses means both investors, home owners and tenants are treated with the same respect and relationships are built and fostered over many years

Margreta also understands cash flow for home owners and sometimes you may need, your needs adjusted to suit your circumstances e.g. Weekly payments rather than the usual monthly transfers have been implemented for many of our clients.

Weekly Payments

Each week you’ll receive your rental funds, delivered electronically to your bank account along with an emailed statement. With our fully transparent service, you’ll never be wondering when funds will be arriving or where your tenant is currently paid up to.

Detailed Reports

One of the most important parts of Property Management is paperwork.  The devil is in the detail and should we ever need to refer to your Entry Condition Report or Routine Inspection paperwork, you’ll be comforted to know there is never anything left to chance.

Leasing & Tenant Selection

Your home is one of the biggest assets you’ll ever own, we understand that showing your property and securing a suitable tenant is just half the process. Meeting the tenants onsite to discuss their requirements and needs is an important part of the process to ensure that the relationship will be fruitful not just for the tenant but also for the homeowner.

Tax Depreciation Schedules

Ensuring you receive the most from your investment property and the maximum your tax return, we use and recommend local and experienced Quantity Surveyors. Depreciation is one of the most missed and under claimed deductions that up to 80% of property investors fail to take advantage of each year. Tax Depreciation Schedules allow you to claim depreciation on plant and equipment assets within the building structure not just what you spend on the property.
