Having the view that Property Management is mostly about working with people rather than just houses means both investors, home owners and tenants are treated with the same respect and relationships are built and fostered over many years

Margreta also understands cash flow for home owners and sometimes you may need, your needs adjusted to suit your circumstances e.g. Weekly payments rather than the usual monthly transfers have been implemented for many of our clients.
